ANI's Senior Management & Design Team
ANI's Leadership Team has over 100 combined years experience in the comfort industry.
Our team is headed by our owner, Grant Owens. Mr. Owens joined Art Newsome Inc in 1982 working directly under Mr. Newsome and served initially as the company's Residential Sales Manager. He then spent many years honing his craft before accepting the responsibility of overseeing ,both, our growing installation and service divisions. Mr. Owens, a graduate of VCU, accepted ownership of the ANI in 1993. Mr. Owens is accountable for the company's vision for success and drives its focus on customer service and value.
John Kennedy serves as ANI's General Manager and is directly responsible for ANI's Service and Residential Installation Division. With over 24 years experience in the industry, Mr. Kennedy joined ANI in 1994. Prior to his tenure with ANI, Mr. Kennedy worked for various contractors and wholesalers throughout Hampton Roads.
Ms. Peggy Kline serves as ANI's Comptroller and is responsible for all of the Company's accounting functions. Ms. Kline joined ANI in 1985. She attended the University of Maine.
